Since 1995 as an employee of various consulting firms and since 2006 as an indepedent contractor, I have been working across Europe for clients in all sectors (including the authorities) and sizes. Because of the focus on processes (workflows), project management and personnel (i. e. managers, teams and employees), my consulting work is not tied to special knowledge that is only of importance in certain industries (e. g. MifID II in the banking sector). My offer is therefore of interest to any company that wants to develop or improve.

I was able to bring my ideas and experiences to a large number of well-known organizations in Germany. These include, for example, the Federal Employment Agency (Nuremberg), the Federal Central Tax Office (Bonn), Commerzbank AG (Frankfurt am Main), the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Luft- und Raumfahrt (Hamburg), Hella KgaA (Lippstadt) and RWE AG (Essen), L. Kostal GmbH & Co. KG (Lüdenscheid), the Psychological Service of the Bundeswehr (Bonn), WWK Allgemeine Versicherung AG (Munich). I also worked for customers in Bulgaria, Croatia, and Hungary.
