As your temporary Labor Psychologist, I take care of the members of your organization on a mental-emotional level.

I have completed my studies with a focus on industrial and organizational psychology, and I am also allowed to conduct therapies in accordance with the German Alternative Practitioners Act. My practice is of course limited to the tasks in the organization.

► Draft and conduct employee surveys to measure job satisfaction or commitment

► Employee assistance, i. e. the care of individual employees

► Introduction of new methods to increase productivity

► Interpretation and correction of lacking or misdirected work motivation
